Easy Oatmeal Pancakes

PANCAKES!! Who doesn't love pancakes?! These are my absolute favorite. They are completely sugar-free, flourless, gluten-free and taste amazing!


  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats

  • Dash of Stevia

  • 1tsp Cinnamon

  • 1tsp Nutmeg

  • 1tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1tsp Baking powder

  • 1tbsp ACV

  • 4 Egg whites

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

In a blender or Nutri-bullet, you will want to blend all your ingredients together, besides the ACV. (I add that in last to make the pancakes extra fluffy) Let the batter sit for 2-3 minutes to thicken. Poor batter onto pan in medium sized pancakes. Cook on medium heat until they bubble. Flip and let sit for another minute or until both sides are golden brown. Top your pancakes with natural almond butter, sugar-free syrup, fruit or just about anything your heart desires. Enjoy!
